Delay Delivery of refill of Cylinde

Dear Sir,

I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No.: 17261, the supply of refill of cylinder through Indrani Gas Agency, New colony road, kakarmatta, Varanasi. I have a practice to book for the refil of cylinder with dealer direclty in agency. After many inquiary about refill cylinder, the agency person refuse to take our request for delivery in time. I usually get the refill cylinder after 15 to 20 days. This time also I booked for refill on 22-I0 but till today 13-11 I could not get the refill cylinder. Also the trally man charge Rs. 5.00 more then the actual cast of gas i.e. Rs. 339.00 for home delivery everytime. Prior to that I was in greater Noida and I never faced problem for refill but from last ten month I am facing a lot of problem to get the refill cylinder. I stongly condempt the attitude and request the higher authorities to take the complaint against the system and practice of the dealer. Further I request to acknowledge my complaint and rectify earliest possible. My present booking No. 6243 Dated: 22-10-08. I Hope to get the delivery of refill of cylinder immediately.
