Low voltage and frequent power cut

There is frequent Low voltage and power cut in No.262A Dr. Lakshmana Swami Salai, Ksay. K.Nagar, chennai daily from 7.30pm to 11.30 pm the voltage is very low and at times the lights also does not glow.

We have only 3 houses and all the houses have 3 phases but only 1 phase is working regularly rest 2 phases frequently goes out of order for the past one month we do not have 1 phase and 2nd phase is not there for the past 1 week and only one phase is there that too with low voltage. This problem is there for the past 6 months.

We use to lodge complaint they attend to the complaint and this works only for few hours again after sometime the problem starts when asked they say the main line has to be checked till date i don't think that they have checked the main line.

We request the HIgher officials to kindly intervene and look into the matter and give us a permanent solution.
