IMINT CARD

Dear Sir,

I am an ICICI BANK credit card holder since a very long time. Recently when i called up the IBANK call centre I came to know that all my reward points have been transferred to IMINT POINTS without my consent on the same.

After this I have been trying to contact the IMINT Call centre since April 20 and finally on April 23 I requested for a duplicate IMINT card to be sent to me ASAP. Till today I have not recieved any card/confirmation from their end. I also have a reference number (246759) and the executives always say that there is some technical fault at their end hence they have not been able to process my request till now. I have no more patience to deal with IBANK & IMINT people. Please suggest a resolution to my concerns.
