RATE LEVIED/CHARGED MORE (over charging)

Dear Sir/Madam

I am residing in Secunderabad (Andhra Pradesh). I have a Maruti Wagon R DUO which uses AUTO LPG as fuel.

The prices of AUTO LPG was revised on 4th June alongwith all othr petroleum products simultaneosly. On 5th June I got my vehicle filled with LPG from RAVI WEIGHING & SERVICES STATION, Dealer IOC Ltd., 14-3-2/1, Goshamahal Road, Hyderabad Bill No.6222 dt: 05/06 where I was Charged Auto LPG @ 37.56 Per Litre where as again when I got my vehicle filled with LPG on 8th June from MARGADASRSHI SERVICE CENTRE, Dealer HPCL, 1-1-5/1, R.P.Road, Secunderabad - 3, Bill No.77131 dt:08/06, I was charged Auto LPG @ 37.66 Per litre and on asking about the difference in rate, I was informed that their is a different rate at IOC, HPCL & BPCL outlets always.

I have been using My vehicle since last one year and never found any rate difference irrespective of the outlet.

As such request you to look into the matter and take strict action against the dealer for over charging and misguiding the consumers.
