Non delivery of gas after repeated reminde

Dear sir, It is the usual practice of my dealer (Varun Gas Service, 275 School Road Khanpur, New Delhi - 62) that they can not deliver gas within the time frame described by you. I have already made my request for gas on 01 st of March but till date I have not provided gas. You just think what kind of problems I am facing thesedays. As you will be aware that LPG has become the basic need of life. But I think your dealer is not aware of that. Kindly guide me what I should do.
