Black marketing & delay in supply of cylinder

Dear Sir/ MAdam,

Bhawani Indane Gas agency supaul (Bihar) is not given home delevery and not cash recept any consumer, alway black to high price to hotal & blackier, small cylender refiling shop, and her behibiour not a good, please solved this problem

with difficulty, i got line to gas agency and I have booked for cylinder on 17 feb 09 (Waiting list No. 33170). I'm trying to the gas agency both the numbers are (220049, 225516) busy always. Kindly look into this matter.see this is serious issue it is taking very long time. solve this issue. Please book my number SI 1371 which is in my name only Gopal Santhalia.
