My consumer number is 9318 with yr dealer CP Shah Gas Agency, Vapi. I am not getting Gas cylinders duly filled in timely and they deny for Home delivery also. This month I hv bookd gas on 09.10.2008 and today, after 16 days' lapse, I had to step down to their office to collect the cylinder. Without having delivery vehicle & other infracrastructure so as to meet the requirements of yr customers, how come they enjoy the facility of your dealership. Please look into this matter and ensure timely & home delivery of Gas cylinders.
