My consumer no. is 642581 and i'd booked the no. on 6thFeb'09 but till date i've not yet recd. the delivery. I don't know what exactly the problem is with HP but i think HP is unable to give proper service to the customers which is bad for their reputation.

I've been calling continously to their CS team In Kolbad, Thane (Soham Gas Service) but they are not able to help me out. Its been 2 weeks since i've booked the no. but still i've not yet recd. the delivery. Hope that at least after reading this some concerned personnel from HP would be able to understand the problem we customers are facing.
