Booked gas cylinder delivery is not intime

I booked my cylinder on 5th, March. At the time of booking, I was told that the delivery of cylinder will be made within seven days but till date (14th, March) I did not received the same and even today itself when I phoned them, still they are saying that it will take at least one more week.
