Delay in transfer confirmation

Dear sir,

this is to inform you that i had a connection no.17069 in swatantra gas agency kanpur and had got it transferred to hyderabad which was again supposed to be transferred from hyderabad back to kanpur on 18th aug.'08 and till date it has not been transferred when we question the agency in kanpur they don't seem to give proper response. so i would like you not to overlook this matter and inform me as early as possible. my termination voucher no. is 21253320000111 i.e. from hyderabad.
