NON DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

my consumer ID is D2120.

Agency Name: Jagdeep GAs Agency

BooKing date : 09/02

i had remind him on 5/3/09 for delivery of cylinder but tilldate i have not recieved the cylinder.

last time also they not delivered the cylinder before 30 days gap of last cylinder.

is there any rule of BPCL or ANY GAS CO. that no cylinder will be provided upto 30 days from last cylinder delivered.
