LPG Distributor of BP
Refuse to give new gas connection without purchasing Gas oven from him

Sir,

I went to take a new connection from a BP Gas distributor located in Kolkata (TollyFlame, 1/69, Naktala, Kolkata-47). They gave me total initial charge of Rs 4400/- approx. When I asked for details of charges, they said it includes price of Gas oven too, which is complusary, otherwise connection will not be given. When I said I dont need Gas oven, they refused to give new connection even though I submit all required documents. Can you guide where to lodge this type complaint.
