6.60% Tax Free A R S Bonds
NON RECEIPT OF MATURITY AMOUNT WITH INTEREST OF ARS BONDS

Dear Sir / Madam,

With reference to above subject it is to inform that I am holding ARS bonds each of Rs. 100 in the name of my children (both minor). The details are as follows :-

1. 381 bonds in the name of my daughter Ms. Shivani Sarda, Investor ID No. 210889965

2. 718 bonds in the name of my son Master Yash Sagar Sarda, Investor ID No. 211500841

The above amount has been matured on 1st April. I have deposited the original bonds at your Noida office on 24th April 09 with a request to transfer the maturity amount to my "The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd." account no. 021-140587-006.

This is to inform that the maturity amount has not been transferred to my account so far. You are requested once again to kindly look into the matter and expedite the same.
