Late delivery of LPG filled Cylinde

Dear Sir,

we wish to inform you that we are resident of Shalimar Garden Extension -I, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad-UP and user of HP gas. In our Area Panwar Gas Agency is authorized for HP Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution.

Every Year particularly in winter season we get our cylinder delivery in not less than 20 days and they take net booking 21 days after delivery of the cylinder. i.e our next cylinder delivery span becomes 40 to 45 days which are very difficult to manage for a family.

our consumer no. for this Agency is 614454

booking date is 02.01.2008.

Expected delivery was 18.01.2008

but regret to inform that till today (19.01.2008) we have not received.

we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.
