Delay in delivered LPG Gas

I have booked for delivery of LPG gas against my cusumer no.25527 on 14th of Oct. but still the agency Suvidha Gas Agency, I.L. Choraha Jhalawar Raod, Kota (Raj.). did not supply gas which causing very problem to me. When I communicate with the on telephone they do not any response. Therefore I request you to please look into the matter and resolve the issue.
