Non Delivery of GasEven after booking of gas one month prio

My consumer no is 24514 at Swatantra Gas Ajency, Civil Lines Kanpur. I Booked gas on 17 Feb and still as on 16 March gas cylnder has not been provided. IOn enquiry with the provider and seen the computer screen it came to my knowledge that the booking of gas in my no has done on 30 Dec 24 Jan 13 Feb and 29 Feb. But only once the gas has been delivered to me that is booked on 24 Jan and rest booking on 30 Dec and 13 Feb has been blacked in the market. The booking of 29 Feb is open in the system. This is not only my problem but common to almost every consumers of the agency and this can be verified by visiting the agency on any working day. EVEN I TRY TO CONTACT MR BHATNAGAR ON HIS MOBILE NO 9415019138 but unfortunately he did not picked up my phone. Please look into the matter seeiously.
