Poor service & bad behaviou

I Maya Malakar of 65 years wodow living along beg to state that I am a customer of your L P G Gas bearing Consumer No-BG2634 under your Distributor M/s. Bengal Flame, 122/1 B.T.Road, Kolkata-700035, Code No-461833 that each and every time after booking i am not getting my cylinder not only in time, if get after various persusion. When I enquire by phone they alwas tell that you will get tomorrow but the same. When I/we contact with the delivaryman named Tara he say that to bring the cylinder otherwise delivery will be made when he wish. A list of booking date and delivery date is giving below. Hope, you will take necessary action and slove my problem immediately.
