Sir, I am a customer of IOC (Prabhat Gas Agency, located in Janakpuri) having consumer No.23999. I have booked for a cylinder on 14th March and inspite of repeated reminders on phone, the Agency confirmed that they will be delivering the cylinder on 18th of March. Today, i.e. on 19th March the delivery man ie. Sh Heera, delivered a gas cylinder without the receipt. It is found that the cylinder was not having sufficient quantity of gas and weighing very less. The same was informed to the Agency and requested to replace the cylinder immediately. They have assured to replace the same but till 4.00 p.m. no replacement has been done. This is the 2nd time such types of mistakes are occurring.

Necessary action may please be initiated.
