is blatantly and deliberately not attending to their PHONES from 10-00 AM to 5-00 PM to avoid BOOKINGS over phones (10-07 to 15-07).

They have also seemingly 'ENGAGED' a few clandestine "AGENTS & SUB-AGENTS" in other places,

violeting all norms of safety/security/hazards.

M/S. HALDER BROTHERS of MIRZAPUR BANKIPUR, despite trying "BOOKING" for me (Consumer No: BID-4058 under that Distributor) for couple of weeks, even after accepting "CASH-VALUE" of the proposed Cyllinder, failed to do so.

PLEASE ENQUIRE OVER THE MATTER SERIOUSLYto desist me from taking up the matter, at still higher level, with the Ministry of Petroleum.
