LPG Home cylinder (indane)
Water in Cylinder- Confirmed by the delivery Boy only

Dear Sir,

Pl. see that I have been holding the Indane LPG connection since long. Small weight shortage have never ever being reported by me in the past. But, to my utter surprise this time almost half of the cylinder (looks filled) stopped in between. When the gas gets exhausted it stopped (half cylinder). We called the agency people to look into the matter. It was telephonically only. Agency sent the delivery boy who confirmed that there is water in the cylinder. The same thing was reported to the agency by me as well as by their delivery boy (Mr. Umesh).

A written complaint was also lodged with the agency (I have a copy of that). The manager's reply was not appropriate and lack of seriousness was found in the case. This water problem needs to be investigated. Pl. investigate the case seriously otherwise we have no option other than to highlight the issue thru newspapers and all.

It looks from the manager's verbal reply that they are not bothered and are not ready to take the responsibility. He says t"hese are the frequent complaints". He also says that "you bring the cylinder here in the agency, we'll see to it."

Pl. look into the matter at the earliest as they are playing with the hard earned money of poor people.
