Delivery of LPG GAS

I am Vivek Sharma, consumer No. 613482, dealer: REVA GAS SERVICE, SUNFLOWER BUILDING, SHIVAJI ROAD, AMBERNATH-E, MAHARASHTRA..

I stay at FLAT NO - 316, ROOM NO -05, 1st floor, ARUNDHATI APT, KANSAI SECTION, AMBERNATH-E - 421501; this is less than a kilometer distance from the dealer's office. I have been booking for gas since last one month and reminding over telephone every 3-4 days. Every time I am getting reply "gas will be delivered within next two three days".

My wife has booked a number on 28/04/09 & still the delivery has not been made. From the last one week we all family members are eating outside. This is the 02nd time we are facing such problem pertain to LPG gas - Hindustan Petroleum.

Even yesterday night (18-05-09) around 8:30, i went to the agencies & they have given me assurance that the delivery would be made today (19-05-09). Just as a gentle reminder my wife called the agencies today morning at 9:30 but again they are saying the same language that the delivery will be made tomorrow.

Need your intervention in this.
