DELAY OF GAS DELIVERY

Sir,

I have connection with IOC. Name Ajith. M, Consumer No:6334. We getting cylinders from "MALIYEKKAL AGENCY, Thalikulam, Trichur District. I didn't get my last booked cylinder till now. Now it is 69 days. Booking date: Jan 1st, Docket No:412. Sir, I don't know it is a time taken process with a time of 65 to 75 days. But, the agency telling "all time" they take this much of time to deliver a gas cylinder. Sir it is a very worst condition and painfull for customers nowadays... If it is taking this 60 or 75 days... sorry sir, I have no problem. Really we the people suffer these things. Otherwise please do the needfull for the same... It is very pathetic condition here...
