Stopage of Gas Delivery

Dear Sir

My consumer no is 683285. We had booked for refil but on our enquiry it was told that gas delivery has been stopped as we had not taken the refil for more than six months. When i explained that we had been to US and that is the reason for not taking the refil, iwas told that an application to this effect may be given and refil will be sent to you but meantime i was asked to talk to Mr. Jagdish Ji on mobile no 0419109282. After talking to this gentel man he promised me the Gas, will be released within next few days and mean time Cylinder will be sent to my residence. It is great that the refil was sent to me next day. Some days back i have again enquired from the dealer (Jagat Ram & Sons Canal Road Talab Tillo Jammu) but i was told that the action has not been taken as yet for the release. Hope you will look in to the matter and direct ther concerned for taking necessary action.
