Sir,

I am a senior citizen my children are abroad and I freequently go out of station. When I ask for a refill your agent does not register my request for a refill. as they say I have not taken supply for more than 3 months. This is RIDICULOUS as On one side the government says they are loosinbg by huge subsidies on lpg but You are Penalising Genuine customers as we have not taken supply I have given my ration card my telephone bill copies but they want me to go to some office of ioc in Teynampet and get a no objection certificate I am 76 years old and find it very difficult to go around Why ARE YOUR AGENTS HARRASING A SENIOR CITIZEN . You must be happy I am not wasting your susidy by lending my cylinder to someone who may use it in a car or for some commercial purpose.

I FEEL FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME PRIORITY SHOULD BE GIVEN AS OURS IS A CLEAR CASE OF OWN USE NOT MISUSE.

Urgent action will help many I have come across many who are also being victimised asking them to go to the Civil Supplies dept and get no gas endorsement etc. Why are you penalising us and making us run from pillar to post.
