LPG price cut not passed on to consume

We have a LPG connection in my Father in law's name -R Devanathan, consumer no. 53808 and SV no. 489500at Rose gas agencies, Adambakkam chennai 600088. We booked a new cylinder on 23-jan-09 and was waitlised for 10 days as per usual procedure. Today (29-1-09) I have received the cylinder but was asked to pay Rs. 340.00 for the cylinder and Rs.10.00 as delivery charges. Though the price cut has come into effect, the agency has issued a bill for the said amount. Pls look into this matter.
