6.75% Tax free ARS Bonds
Non receipt of maturity payment for 563 ARS Bonds

Sir,

The original certificate for 563 bonds (Investor ID N0 92459462, Bond Certificate No 39970813 converted fromFolio/certicate no 4001920031743 of MIS 98 (V)) held jointly in the name of Madhurima Taneja & Yash Pal Taneja was submitted to your UTI office/branch at Netaji Subash Place at Pitampura, Delhi for redemption payment incl. interest on 11th July. The certificate was duly signed by the both the above mentioned persons. It was requested on the back of certificate that the payment may please be credited by ECS into savings bank account of the Madhurima Taneja held in State Bank of India, R.K.Puram, N.Delhi. The present 11 digit saving A/c no 10932825101 assigned by this bank branch.corresponding to old A/c no 33122 as originally held by the principal holder Madhurima Taneja at the time of purchase of ARS bonds was also indicated on the back of certificate. MICR no of 110002106 was also indicated

The savings A/c no of 2nd holder at the time of purchase was 8161 at the same branch of State Bank of India (now changed to 10932794238).

Subsequently two reminders have also been sent vide our email dt.12.8.09 & 26.8.09, but no reply has been recd.

It is regretted to say that payment of Rs. 56300/- has still neither been received by any cheque nor credited into the A/c of principal holder. It is requested that this pay please be credited to the bank A/c no 10932825101 by ECS or sent to us by A/c payee cheque by registered post at the earliest.
