Delay In Supply-KTS Enterprise, Chennai

My consumer no: is 8846 and I am a customer of KTS Enterprise, Chennai. I have booked my refill on April 12th, 08 and was told I would be serviced in a week's time. When I called again after a week (afer much difficulty of not being able to get through) I was told I would get the delivery on Wednesday, that is yesterday. From 10 am this morning I have been trying to call the agency, but the number is continuousl engaged. When my husband went personally he was told that we would get our refill today. It is now almost 1 pm and no delivery has been made. When I tried to call the agency, after many attempts, the phone was picked up, but the receiver kept aside for about 5 minutes, till I disconnected. When I tried again, the line is just not getting through. Will somebody please take some action so that I will get my refill TODAY???
