Replacement for my burnt TV set

Dear Sir/Madam,

Here by I am writing this mail on behalf of my friend you don't know english or how to talk with customer service people, because he is from Andhra Pradesh. His grievenace is that he took one LG colour TV 21 inches from one of the TV showroom in Venkatagiri, Nellore Dist. As he is working as supportive staff he couldn't bring all the details of the shop but his name is Chandra and contact number is 09885741661. For pongal (Jan) he took this set, with Stabilizer and one DVD player. Recently 1 month back due to power fluctuations in their village and high voltage, the TV got burnt along with the table and Stabiliser too.

In respect of this he went to that particular shop and request him to do something in this matter. But Mr. Chandra didn't bother and even he is saying that until company gives me a new set I can not do anything. And he is also saying that pl don't come to my shop with this complaint.

I request you to do some favour and do justice in not cheating the uneduated and people who are not having knowledge in these things.
