Facing network problem

Sir.,

i am using 15-20 realince connection ..frm three years but now facing a big problem of network frm 5 months i have done many complaints but not get any response about these complaints... and still we facing this problem... so please take any action about this complaints... and my all buisness depend on phone calls... otherewise i will disconect my all the connection...

so..please give proper resposnse about this problem
