Whenever we give a call to your Bandra office for the documents we get a reply without even informing the consignment note No. that the person has left for delivery you will get the documents. They dont even bother to take the consigment note no. the customer service provided is unsatisfactory.

Kindly take some necessary action for the same before we terminate our relationship with your company.
