Product is of not good quality

I have purchased one set of Lucas point and condensor for Maruti-800 from M/S Rekhi Car Needs, Ajit Arcade, Madhu Vihar, IP Extension, PatparGanj on 30.11.2008. On 7th Dec'2008 I got condensor of the car fitted from one of car workshop who fitted the item at my residence while going to drop the mechanic car strt giving problem. The workshop mechnic checks the car propoerly and found that the condensor is not OK and he fitted one another condensor from his workshop.

After that I have visited the shop keeper i.e. Rekhi Car Needs who reluctantly said that go to the Company office or leave the condensor I will send the same to company. When I asked for the acknowledgment he has given the same on one plane slip. I have objected on the slip and asked him some authentic acknowledgment then he irritantly said pay me the tax then I will give you receipt and it will take 20 to 30 days to get the response from company.

I) My first complaint is against the shopkeeper &

II) My second complaint is against Company that whether it is true that it will take one month so that by time I should not use my car.

I want your cooperation in the matter. I find the shopkeeper is very uncooperative, discourteous and arrogant.

I have left my purchase at his shop as it is not working and he has told that it will take another one month.

I seek your help and response on my complaints, meanwhile I have purchased another set of condensor and point cost of which I have to pay as I have to use my car and not to keep my vehicle for another one month waiting for the response from the company.
