Both the said bonds, as named above, Bond Certificate Nos. 4024338 and 4024346, held by me, have matrured since Ist. June but I have neither received any communication from the UTI nor received the maturity amount in cheque till date although I have been visiting the local (Balasore, Orissa) UTI office almost regularly. They say the cheques in question have been dispatched in my name after the matrurity date, but I have not received them yet. Can I request the Technology Services to issue the duplicate cheques in my name and address without further delay. Please help me get back my money urgently.
