Further sent claim form for policy no. 230386774 as per the advice of Ms Veena Mishra, Asst. Administrative Officer on dated 27.06.2009 via speed post at the address: Life Insurance Corporation of India, CBO 2, 16/112, Ist Floor, Bhargava Estate, Civil Lines, Kanpur.

I have not yet received the matured amount with bonus. Could you send me the current status of my application.
