I have lost a single earring out of a pair of 18k gold and real diamonds earrings that I purchased from Lucera last year. No other jeweller is able to make a single earring of the same kind since it is nearly impossible to get the same quality of diamonds. I am ready to exchange the jewellery with any range that they have now. It is very disheartening to know that Lucera will not be able to make a new earring of the same kind or exchange or buy back the product since they have discontinued with that particular jewellery range. At the time of purchase Lucera promised lifetime exchange / buyback. It feels as if I threw 20000/- down the drain.

You cannot trust even big brands like Lucera.
