Sir,

This is to bring to your kind perusal that in the above said SBI office, the information regarding 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. schedule of SBI, branches in Lucknow has not been updated. At present according to display board of Zonal SBI office, Lucknow there are two 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. schedule branches named SBI, Ashok Marg and SBI, Charbagh but SBI, Charbagh opens at 10.30 a.m and closes at 4.30 p.m. form the last one year as per the information given by the officials of the branch and this branch is not 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. schedule branch though display board of Zonal SBI office, Lucknow showing Charbagh, SBI branch is 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. schedule branch. Due to this misleading information we could not submit our challans for various posts of NABARD on 26.02.2009. Therefore, it is requested that the display board of Zonal SBI office, Lucknow may kindly be updated so that the public could be benefited by your service and strict measures against the officials responsible for the said default should be taken.
