Misbehaving with me by phone

Dear sir/madam,

i want to simply just tell u that today i called in your indira nagar branch lucknow simply a lady picked up a phone and i asked some queries about my account but she was unable to answer my queries she picked my phone on hold for 4-5min. than i say please dnt tell me anything i will ask my queries to your main branch mumbai i simply kept the phone after 5min. i received a call from your same branch again on phone was some lady she told me about my queries but she was not confirm and she was talking in very bad and rude way than i simply asked can i have your good name she simply said it is none of your business and she asked me my name in a very bad tone a told my name and again i asked please tell me your name but she again repeted the same words and said had kar di phone karke and she banged the phone and cut off my phone.

please it is a request to u please please take a strict action against this matter waiting with regards

(i dnt know the name of that lady but she was talking in a very bad and rude tone)
