Incompetence in service

I been having tata sky digicomp for 5, months on 6 november it suddenly went dead since then i have been complaining to the area service man named mr vijay his mob no is 9223509591 . he promised me that he will come to my house and sort out within 1 hr but till today i.e 10 nov he is not picking the phone nor he has responded to the complaint. i dont know what to do dont even bother to buy tatasky my sub. id is 1017857101
