Not unloaded luggage from brake even after many request

My PNR no is 225-8230724 with train 4650 Saryu Jamuna Express and I booked my 07 Nos of luggage with receipt No. 353709. The Luggage was booked from Station Ludhiana to Hajipur jn in Train 4650 Saryu Jamuna in front SLR. Even after many request he didn't unloaded my goods and said come tommorrow at 12 O'Clock It will rerturn back with same train. But on next day another Parcel clerk was present he said "what are you doing? ", I said I am in Force (BSF). He did not again responded and unloaded the luggage. Because he demanded for Liquor. My whole Household goods Consisting of Five Steel Box. One wooden Box and One Motor Cycle.was bookedin train. I am suffering lot. As I am on leave for very short period.

All raiwailway authority from down to top are responsible for such for there great mistake. I request from Railway minister kindly issue strict orders to perform railways perform better.
