Front Glass Damage

I m working with a MNC at Dharuhera and from last 18 month I m travelling and passing from the Toll Plaza K.M.42 . I m also having the TAG.

On 24.06. After Listening the TAG beep, while I was passing, all of the sudden barrier fall on by car resulted which the from glass has been broken.

Immediately I went to their control room and come to know from them that there is a problem with the barrier and tag reader.

They note down my complaint and told that it will take 24 hrs to confirm you whether they will reimburse the damage or not and 40 hrs has been passed still they have not given any response.

Please look into the matter and arrange to reimburse the issue to avoid unnecessary loss to us.
