NOT WORKING FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE

We have luminious inverter in our house. Which stop working since the date of purchse i.e. 13.04.2008 .We are continously contacting to call center and service center. But they always talk in a rude manner and there is no response from them.

My complaint no. is UL 2659 dated 19.04.2008

please help us and get this matter resolve
