Dear Sir,
Unfortunately i have purchased luminous inventer in Sept' 08 & battery waranty is for 18 months but now battery is not working properly (Only 2-3 hour back up for One fan only). I have already submit my
complanint through telephone & my complaint no is (UL 43845) date 13/07/09.But he is not responding regarding my complaints.
