Luminous/inverter and battery
Under warrenty inverter not working and company not providing service after many complain

Kind attention consumer forum,

My name is sanjeev kumar residenting muradnagar near ghaziabad. i have bought one luminous inverter and battery in jan. till feb i have compaint the a lot of time for not giving the backup. Atleast i have lodged the 4 to 5 complaint.but when service person comes he started ascusing us for inverter and replied town light have some problem. Last time when he comes i have clearly told him if it will not give the back up.i will not accept the complaint letter. he agreed and told i change the setting i will work otherwise call me. Today morning when i called him he started ascusing same as he did previous i am so frustrated about the company polivy and person.pls i requested you to help us as soon as possible.
