Replacement of Battery

The Product LG 1600 BCKT SN 833598 1 Battery which was found damaged & under warranty was picked by Your Service station at 16/6 Main Mathura Road Faridabad on 17-04 by Pickup Challan No. 1585 Compliant no 666194 Dated 17-04-09 .I was assured that it will be replaced with in 2 weeks & supplied service Battery. On inquiry I am informed that though they have deposited the claim papers but still awaiting reply from Head Office. Please look into this & get my Battery replaced at the earliest
