Dear Sir,
It is to inform you that I had purchased the Luminous Invertor 800VA on 06/07 from M/S Pawan Electronics vide Bill No. 2517. Now at present my above said invertor is not working. So I have lodged complaint on your coustomer care centre vide complaint No. DL-225341. In this regard I have not received any satisfactory answer from your side and till now my Invertor is not O.K. I am an advocate so I have suffered in professional work. I request you to kindly repair or replace my Invertor as soon as possible.
