Luminous invertor
Not send the service engineer in committed time by company

I gave a complaint of my luminous Invertor on Dt 26/06 at 07:07 A.M. On their customer care no. 01145500700. I was asked to solve the problem within 24 hours. But when they have not send the engineer till 12:00 Noon, than again i call them at 12:12 P.M.. Now, they replied me to send the engineer on 28/06. We are facing a lot of problems due to invertor problem. Kindly look in to this matter as soon as possible. I will be very grateful to you.
