6months minor passport application case pending

Dear Sir

Would like to bring into your notice that an application of my daugher who is minor 9months old, her application was submitted on 21-04-09 from delhi name SOFIA KHAN M-008075 from Delhi. Then on request i have submitted Declaration of parents as per Annexure-H of the Passport Information Booklet of Form 1soon after updatation and received acknowledge from them. But till today passport didnt reach to me whereas i made several complaints to Public Relations Officer (Public Grievances)

on phone fax and through email- Tel: 91-11-23384519, 23384497 Fax:23384461

Email: grv.jscpv@mea.gov.in... but could cut a sorry figure.

Request to please put my humble voice to their dead ears. This passport issuance is really important for me.
