This is B.K. Bansal Director of Venu Polymers (I) Pvt Ltd, I am customer of Luminus Inverter I have 4 luminus inverter. I am facing alot of problem with luminus service. i have complained on 20th August but no body is responsible for the call, unessasery my staff is going on off due to electric problem.
Last complaint no is given by luminus service is DL -333264. Kindly look on this and do the needful as soon as possible. Further any clarification feel free to contact on 9811012182
