Deliberate misuse of company discounts to misguide customers

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

An employee at a 6 ten store misguided us by not informing about any

discounts available on purchase. Moreover, he did not print the bill, making

the excuse of a spoilt machine, and only printed on further demand. The

employee has been minting money by not informing the customers.

The store is located at Phase 5, Mohali, Punjab.

Moreover, the company's complaint email ccare@6ten.co.in is dysfunctional.
