PF not received for 20 months now

Dear Sir/Madam

In reference to the captioned subject please note my PF withdrawal form was deposited by my employer, M/s Luthra & Luthra Chartered Accountants; - A-16/9, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi-57, sometime in January. When I followed up with the PF office located in Nehru Place, New Delhi, I came to know that there was some discrepancy in the form so submitted by my employer. However, the concerned person at Luthra & Luthra later told me that the discrepancy was later rectified and that new forms were submitted again in December. However, till date the amount has not been paid to me by the PF authorities. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and please advise.
