Not activated yet

I bought reliance data card in rs 2000 on 2nd june 09.from the next day they have been saying that datacard will be activated soon.but today even after 4 days the card has not been activated.

the response of the executives is really patethic.after this experience i would think a 100 times before buying any relaince product.
